Saturday Meal: $12 for a Saturday noon meal. Organic. Prepared by Chef Jim Hallberg who has been cooking for the Pleasant Ridge Waldorf school for 7 years.

Dennis Klocek is an artist, scientist, teacher, researcher, gardener, andalchemist. He has been the director of the Consciousness Studies Programat Rudolf Steiner College in Sacramento, California since 1992. Dennisis engaged in research, teaching, and writing in many fields, includingweather, gardening, color therapy, meditation and the human organism, embryology, and sensory transformation.
