Moonbeam Theatre began in June 2010 to offer "theatre camp" to the children of the Driftless region; something they have been waiting for. As the process began for the camp, it became apparent that Moonbeam Theatre was a star that must be born. Action was taken to create the legal entity Moonbeam Theatre and the camp is its first offering.
Moonbeam Theatre is a collaboration of Christine Harrington, Jane Lofton Kouba, and Dodie Whitaker. Christine is a player with Raw Milk Improv. Jane currently shows her director's talents at the Youth Initiative High School serving as the Drama Director. Dodie also plays with Raw Milk Improv, sings with the Ridgetones, and teaches voice. Moonbeam Theatre's next endeavor is still in the planning stages. The hope is to offer one more workshop before a production is planned. |
